I think I started painting in and around 1992, although I did paint some in high school and even just before that. I made this selection of works between 1999 and 2015. I have painted since then, but not much. I’m sure I will paint again as it’s a random act for me. I paint when I feel inspired and have some time. Drawing and painting for me...is freeing; there is something about moving on a page and not needing to show anyone what you've made if you don't want to. The act allows one to release whatever it is that makes one feel the need to do so … to paint.
